The three day trip to Paris was planned like ages ago. The children were extra excited and on the 11th March 2008 we boarded Ryanair to Paris. We reached Beauvais small petite airport and headed towards Hertz for our Zafira. Using Michelin route planner, we drove to Davy Crockett's Ranch but did not get there in an hour as predicted by Michelin.
WE GOT THERE AFTER 4 HOURS!! Lesson learnt: "jangan ingat negara orang macam negara sendiri!!"
Well, at least the ranch was marvellous! Ed said that he could build me a cabin back in Malaysia like this one on the ranch.

Yeah...but really, the cabin with two bedrooms was simply georgeous!!Clean, spacious.. and after we cleansed /samak all the kitchen utensils..we were ready to roll.
The first day was cloudy so we decided not to go to the Disneypark just yet.Instead I took the children for swimming at the pool house at Davy Crockett's Ranch. It has an indoor pool with jacuzzi etc. The children had a nice time and since they had to be accompanied by an adult, Ed did not bring his trunks, as usual... the mother has to save the world-I had to change into my skimpy swimming suit and dive into the water. After that the children got tired and dozed off in the car as we went to pick up a Malaysian student, Hakim (he's an Aerospace Engineering post grad) who showed us around town: Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame.
The second day came and off we went to Disneyland Park. We were busy snapping pictures, posing and snapping pictures again..went on the rides...ate pop corns, had fish burgers, bought souvenirs, snapped more pictures and before anyone knew, it was already time to go back.730 am to 7.30 pm just flew!! But have to say this - the pictures cannot really capture the happiness I witnessed on my childrens' faces: priceless!!
The third day was just for visiting the farm. The children did not go on pony rides. We lingered around the farm, looking at the horses, rabbits, ponies and three hours before our flight, we drove to the Beauvais Airport.
We reached Dublin safetly at around 3pm and at 8 pm we were already unpacking our luggages at Balleybofey home.
More trips to Disneyland please!!
